We're looking for an Associate Strategy & Grants Consultant who will own the end-to-end grant strategy and submission process for our clients, leveraging our AI platform to deliver exceptional results. Like Renaissance Technologies, we're building a data-rich, algorithm-first approach to funding intelligence—mining signals, rigorously testing hypotheses, and optimizing for outcomes. We operate in founder mode: deeply involved, outcome-focused, and committed to excellence.

• Source with precision: Use our AI platform to identify and qualify relevant grants/subsidies for clients.
• Ownership of proposals: Draft, refine, and deliver high-impact submissions—with AI-powered autofill and narrative finesse.
• Align and execute: Coordinate with clients and internal Ops/Revenue leads to align funding timelines with business roadmaps.
• Measure and improve: Deliver ROI-focused reports, feed insights back into the platform, and iterate fast.
• Drive platform evolution: Help shape our GrantGPT—enhancing its intelligence, usability, and strategic capability.
• EARN trust: Act as the primary client liaison—simplifying the complex, telling compelling stories in English and French.

• Ideally fully bilingual (English + French).
• 2+ years in grants, consulting, finance, or startup/comms roles.
• Targets-driven—you've hit goals, numbers, KPIs before.
• Tech-first mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Docs, and AI-based workflows.
• Exceptional narrative ability—structured, persuasive, and clear.
• Detail-obsessed but mission-minded—able to juggle calendars, deadlines, proposals.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Writing, or a related field.
